CDC would like to talk to children and young
people with neurodisabilites, and their families, about what health
outcomes are important to them. This is part of the Children's
oUtcome Measurement Study (CHUMS) which will influence how the NHS
sets health outcomes for children with neurodisabilites and how
they will work with children and their families to measure
them.
This is a vital opportunity for children and young people from
across the country to have their say. If you work with children
and/or young people who would be interested in taking part in this
study we would like to hear from you.
