The 'Developing Key Working' Guide offers guidance to those involved in developing, managing and delivering key working. The Guide introduces key working and the current context before summarising findings and recommendations.
The primary audience is commissioners and managers in local areas and in the private, voluntary and independent sector who are implementing key working, but it is also intended to be of use for a wider range of people including policy makers and those carrying out key working functions.
Authors of the Guide have drawn on information gathered from a young person, parents, key working practitioners, managers and commissioners, along with further evidence gathered by other organisations.
The Guide was commissioned by the National Children's Bureau and produced by the Open University as part of a key working evaluation project carried out between December 2013 and March 2014.
