Special Educational Consortium
The Special Educational Consortium (SEC) is a group of
organisations who protect and promote the rights of disabled
children and children with special educational needs
(SEN). We work with the government, the Department for
Education, members of Parliament and other organisations when there
are proposals for changes in policy, legislation, regulations and
guidance that may affect disabled children and children with
SEN.
