Our aims and objectives
CDC has the following key aims*:
- To maximise influence on
national policy and legislation
- To promote inclusive
practice
- To identify new and developing
issues that impact on the lives of disabled children, young people
and their families
- To ensure that the participation
of disabled children, young people and their families is central to
work of CDC and all member organisations
- To build the capacity of the
disabled children and young people's sector
- To ensure maximum effectiveness
of CDC and its future sustainability
